Job Details:

  • Managing the day to day functions of the corporate care team 
  • Effective resource planning and implementing call center strategies and operations. 
  • Setting performance targets for the team and ensuring the achievement of the same on regular basis 
  • Ensuring all relevant communications, records and data are updated and recorded. 
  • Advising clients on projects available. 
  • Monitoring random calls to improve quality, minimize errors and track operative performance. 
  • Reviewing the performance of staff, identifying training needs and planning training sessions. 
  • Preparation of daily, weekly & monthly reports for management review 
  • Handling the most complex customer complaints or inquiries and guide the team on how to handle such calls
